I’m Christian Gallegos, founder of Trueframe Operations Consulting. I’ve spent years working in warehouse, inventory, supply chain, and process improvement environments, helping teams improve inventory control, warehouse organization, receiving, shipping, and day-to-day operational flow.
I created Trueframe to help growing businesses build the operational structure they need before problems become expensive, disruptive, or difficult to manage.
My approach is practical: understand what’s happening on the floor, identify what’s creating waste or confusion, and build simple processes that actually work for the people using them.
